The band Okean Elzy was formed in 1994 in Lviv, Ukraine. Having debuted at Maxidrom Festival, Okean Elzy captured Russia’s audience once and for all. From here they kept on rolling and in September 1999 Okean Elzy performed a solo concert in Paris, then London (February 2000), which grabbed the attention of the world music community...
