Nick Cave’s sad baritone is what the Australian underground scene and the cult British label Mute are proud of. With an appearance of either a preacher or a practitioner of black magic, Australia’s main rock intellectual has been ploughing up the field of music for 30 years now, publishing his books of poetry and being highly involved in the independent cinema activities such as composing, screenwriting and at times acting.
